FARMER CITY, IL — July 6, 2018 — Inheriting the lead when Shannon Babb slowed with a flat tire under a lap-34 caution, Billy Moyer of Batesville, AR, led the final six laps at Farmer City Raceway Friday night for his series-leading 99th career DIRTcar Summer Nationals victory. In earning a $10,000 victory, Moyer pulled away over the circuits to beat Brian Shirley by 2.061 seconds. Jason Feger finished third, while Babb rallied back from 13th to six over the final six laps.
