Weber, who was making the first Hell Tour start of his career, stunned the crowd going from fourth to first over the last three laps of the 40-lap main event. James settled for second place ahead of Summer Nationals point leader Brian Shirley of Chatham, Ill. Defending DIRTcar Summer Nationals Champion Shannon Babb of Moweaqua, Ill., finished fourth. Brandon Sheppard of New Berlin, Ill., rounded out the top five.
