Weber, who was making the first Hell Tour start of his career, stunned the crowd going from fourth to first over the last three laps of the 40-lap main event.  Weber battled Scott James over the final two circuits and edged James at the line by less than a nose for the win.  James settled for second place ahead of Summer Nationals point leader Brian Shirley of Chatham, Ill.  Defending DIRTcar Summer Nationals Champion Shannon Babb of Moweaqua, Ill., finished fourth.  Brandon Sheppard of New Berlin, Ill., rounded out the top five.

Shirley’s point lead returned to 39 markers over defending champion Shannon Babb of Moweaqua, Ill., with five events remaining.
