Kloos, a weekly DIRTcar Late Model warrior around the St. Louis area, started second and powered around Billy Moyer Jr., of Batesville, Ark., on the lesser used top groove near the midpoint of the 40-lap main event to take over the lead. Kloos held off a charge from second place finisher Ryan Unzicker of El Paso, Ill., late in the race to claim his first Hell Tour victory worth $5,000. Moyer crossed the line third ahead of St. Charles, Mo., driver Mike Hammerle. Mark Voight of Marine, Ill., was fifth.
