Miller Races to Clarksville Speedway Summit Modified Nationals Victory
Clarksville, Tenn. — July 7, 2012 — Clayton Miller of Elkton, Ky., earned his first ever DIRTcar Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals win Saturday night at Clarksville Speedway earning $650 for the victory.
Miller outdistanced defending Summit Modified Nationals champion Mike Harrison of Highland, Ill., in the 25-lap main event. Harrison would finish second for the second consecutive night after starting fourth. Randle Sweeney of Clifty, Ky., finished third. Aaron Draege of Vandalia, Ill., and Tommy Sheppard Sr. of Berlin, Ill., rounded out the top five.
With the second place finish Harrison extended his DIRTcar Summit Modified Nationals point lead over Ray Bollinger of Kewanee, Ill., to 42 markers with six events remaining.

The DIRTcar Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals returns to action Sunday night at Tri-State Speedway in Haubstadt, Ind., for a $1,000-to-win event where Mike Harrison is the defending race winner.
