Mike McKinney Wins Big at The Dirt Oval at Route 66
Mike McKinney won his second Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals race in dominant fashion at The Dirt Oval at Route 66. McKinney once again proved to be a hard act to follow as he swept the night for the 2nd day in a row.
“It’s Mission accomplished,” commented McKinney following his 2nd win in two nights. “We has this race circled on our calendar all year. We only live about 20 minutes from here. We wanted to come here and walk out with a win and we did. Now its on to the next night.”
Following McKinney to the line was Zeke McKenzie. McKenzie was back in action with the Summit Modified Nationals following a 1 night absents from the tour. Levi Kissinger finished in the 3rd position followed by Phil Dixon and Donovan Lodge.
