Brian Ruhlman Gains a First Place Finish at Oakshade Speedway WAUSEON, OH — July 15, 2017 — Brian Ruhlman placed first at Oakshade Speedway, giving him his first feature win in the Summit Modified Nationals season. Finishing behind him were Taylor Cook at second place and John McClure at third place.
